A career spanning close to 40 years, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to 20:20 Insurance Brokers. Her past roles across the insurance industry have equipped her with the skills to excel in many insurance roles. These include but are not limited to claims management, underwriting, learning & development, project management, process and systems administrator.

Karen’s mastery of claims management and compliance handling has helped hold 20:20 Insurance Brokers to the high standards of service within which we operate. Her excellent time management, responsiveness and compliance expertise prove invaluable to our business, and especially our clients.

Tenielle Price

Tenielle has over 14 years’ experience and knowledge of the Insurance Industry. Having experienced all facets of the broking service, from administration to claims has allowed Tenielle to have a well-rounded skillset that helps her to build strong relationships with clients.

Tenielle holds RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications and is looking forward to furthering qualifications to increase her industry skills and knowledge. Tenielle is committed in ensuring each clients individuals needs and expectations are met in conjunction with providing exceptional customer service.

Blaine Heilmann

With 6 years of experience, dedication and training at 20:20 Insurance Brokers, Blaine has solidified his position as one of the companies’ experienced members of staff. Whilst completing his RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification, Blaine developed an affinity for time management and essential organisation skills in the insurance broking service.

Often sought out for his technical expertise on client policies, Blaine maintains a reputation for excellent product knowledge. Paired with his ambition for insurance industry learning, and commitment to fulfilling clients’ needs, Blaine continues to be a valuable member of 20:20 Insurance Brokers.

Finlay Rush

Fresh to the world of Insurance Broking and the newest addition of our team, Finlay demonstrates a blend of enthusiasm and dedication at 20:20 Insurance Brokers. During his first 12 months in the industry, Finlay has a good grasp for the essentials of the insurance broking service.

Having completed his Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance, he is now undertaking ANZIIF’s ASIC RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification. A passion for good business practices and commitment to our team’s & client’s success will provide Finlay with essential and valuable insurance industry experience here at 20:20 Insurance Brokers.
