Les has over 30 years of Insurance industry experience, covering both underwriting and broking principles. His diverse experience has equipped him to understand his client’s needs and objectives. Les prides himself in knowing that the exceptional customer service he and his team at 20:20 Insurance brokers deliver plays an integral role in growing and developing strategic long term partnerships with our clients .

Les joined forces with Thomas Harrys in 2006 to establish an enterprising and successful partnership which continues to go from strength to strength.

Thomas Harrys (Director)

Over 30 years as an Insurance Broker, Thomas Harrys has seen a lot of changes in the industry. However, he continues to remain focused on three key values:

2. Ensure their insurance programs are with secure insurers at a competitive price and
3. To meet with his clients’ individual needs and expectations.

Michael Prout (Client Director)

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry as both a Broker and an Underwriter.  Michael has worked in the Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide markets. As a broker with a background in underwriting specialising in complex liability risks, Michael delivers exceptional service to his Clients balancing comprehensive cover with a competitive price. With a genuine interest in ‘how things work’, Michael is hands on and outside of the office enjoys time on the farm and remote camping/travel. His diverse experience and interests assist him with understanding how his Client’s operate, their objectives and then achieving the required outcomes with insurers.

Karen Tetuira

Karen is an experienced insurance professional with over 35 years of experience. Karen brings with her an abundance of knowledge as a result of a variety of different roles including managing claims, underwriting, learning & development, process and systems administrator.

Karen’s main role at 20:20 Insurance Broker is compliance but will also manage claims, which is where her excellent time management and her attention to details skills will prove invaluable to our clients and an asset to our business.

Tenielle Price

Tenielle has over 14 years’ experience and knowledge of the Insurance Industry. Having experienced all facets of the broking service, from administration to claims has allowed Tenielle to have a well-rounded skillset that helps her to build strong relationships with clients.

Tenielle holds RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications and is looking forward to furthering qualifications to increase her industry skills and knowledge. Tenielle is committed in ensuring each clients individuals needs and expectations are met in conjunction with providing exceptional customer service.

Blaine Heilmann

Blaine has over 5 years’ experience with 20:20 Insurance Broker. During Blaine’s time at 20:20 Insurance Brokers he has successfully completed his ASIC RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification. Blaine brings to the team his versatility, time management & organisational skills and his attention to detail. He will continue to develop both his knowledge and experience further here at 20:20 Insurance Brokers and within the insurance industry generally as training opportunities arise.

Fresh to the world of Insurance Broking and the newest addition of our team, Finlay sports a blend of enthusiasm and dedication at 20:20 Insurance Brokers. Currently, Finlay is navigating the complexities of risk assessment and learning the essentials of the Insurance Broking service. With a keen eye for detail and passion for good business practices, Finlay’s commitment to supporting our team and helping build good client relationships will provide essential and valuable industry experience here at 20:20 Insurance Brokers.
